Returns

Within 30 days of delivery, you may return any item you have purchased in new condition with original packaging for a full refund. Return shipping is at the cost of the customer.We will notify you via e-mail of your refund to the value of the purchase price (excluding Shipping) once we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the form of cheque payment after receiving your return in the above stated new condition.

Delivery

We will not deliver to a Post Office box or any address in which we deem suspicious. We ship our goods using Fastways for New Zealand. Should you feel that your goods do not arrive in good condition, please feel free to contact us using our contact form. We are not responsible for loss or damage to goods that are delivered to an incorrect address.
